EcomEdge (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website, services, and platforms to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we have adopted the following policy regarding copyright infringement.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that material available on or through EcomEdge infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written notice to our designated DMCA Agent. To be effective under the DMCA, your notification must include the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are involved, a representative list.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including specific information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URLs).
- Contact information for the complaining party, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, EcomEdge will promptly investigate the matter and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed (or access was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of any federal district court in which EcomEdge may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification of infringement.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notifications should be sent to the DMCA Agent listed above.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, EcomEdge has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the site or services for any users who infringe intellectual property rights, even if not repeatedly.
Modifications
EcomEdge reserves the right to modify or update this DMCA Policy at any time without prior notice.
